Branding Stop Supports a Successful Wellness Program Launch

The Challenge

Our client wanted to launch its new employee wellness initiative successfully. Part of this effort entailed raising awareness for the new program through promotional products that would communicate its wellness-themed message. The organization also wanted to provide a useful daily tool that could help employees succeed in their personal wellness efforts. They also needed 7000 units of the materials on a very tight deadline.

Branding Stop Solution

Branding Stop started by recommending a simple branded commuter journal that promoted the program and gave employees a handy, attractive tool to track their wellness efforts.

We also created a matching set of printed materials that reinforced how much the organization values its employees. It also communicated the importance of wellness and informed employees about all the related resources at their disposal. Four healthy recipe cards were additionally included in the kit.

The materials and the journal were placed together in an attractive and colorful combination to deliver the important messaging about the new wellness program. All the pieces were banded together to create a cohesive, appealing package.

The Benefits

In addition to putting together a promotional package the client liked, Branding Stop was able to deliver on the tight deadline by assembling a team of more than 10 fulfillment specialists who worked around the clock to band the merchandise and prepare it for shipment.

Each of the more than 7000 units arrived on time at 55 locations nationwide, exceeding the client’s expectations. The result was a happy client and the successful launch of an important new wellness program that makes a positive impact in employees’ lives.
